המרקים של יעל התחילו מרעיון פשוט: לדאוג לאנשים דרך אוכל. כשחברה שלי חלתה, חשבתי לעצמי, “הלוואי שיכולתי לשלוח לה קערת מרק עוף חם עכשיו.” לא מצאתי שום דבר כזה, אז החלטתי ליצור את זה בעצמי – דרך להביא נחמה, הזנה ואהבה ישר עד לדלת.

ככל שחשבתי על זה יותר, הבנתי שמרק הוא משהו מיוחד באמת. זה לא סתם אוכל, זה מחווה. זה לימים שבהם החיים מרגישים עמוסים וצריך רגע לנשום. זה להורים עסוקים שרוצים ליהנות מארוחה בריאה בלי כל הבלגן של הבישול. וזה המתנה המושלמת להגיד למישהו, “אני רואה אותך. אכפת לי ממך.”

Starting this business wasn’t just about soup; As a mother of four, I’ve seen firsthand how much we juggle every day, especially as women. Yael’s Soups is my way of saying: It’s okay to pause. It’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to savor something beautiful and nourishing without guilt.

Every soup I make is crafted with care and creativity. I’ve spent hours perfecting flavors to ensure each bowl feels special. Along the way, I’ve also realized that building this business is about more than food—it’s about creating space for myself and others in a world that often asks us to put ourselves last.

Since launching in 2021, Yael’s Soups has grown from a small idea in my home kitchen to a thriving service delivering soups to homes across Israel. And with every bowl I send out, I’m reminded why I started: to bring comfort, connection, and a little bit of magic to your day.
